Sheet Metal
Laser cutting, pressing, forming, folding, and welded assemblies across a wide range of materials and gauges. Our sheet metal capability covers simple cut and bend components through to complex multi piece weldments and pressed and formed structural parts.
Common materials include mild steel, stainless steel (304 and 316), aluminium, and galvanised sheet. Surface treatments including powder coating, zinc plating, and anodising can be arranged as part of a complete supply package.
02 — Precision Engineering
Machined Components
CNC turned and milled components supplied to your drawings and tolerances. Our machining partners operate modern multi axis CNC equipment with experience across steels, aluminium alloys, brass, bronze, and engineering plastics.
We accept enquiries for one off prototypes, small batch development runs, and high volume recurring supply. Dimensional inspection reports are available on request for critical features.
03 — Elastomers
Rubber Products
Custom moulded, extruded, and compression formed rubber components produced to your drawings or samples. We work across a broad range of elastomer compounds including natural rubber, nitrile (NBR), EPDM, neoprene, silicone, and viton, with shore hardness specified to suit your exact application requirements.
All rubber compounds are selected and specified based on the operating environment, including temperature range, chemical exposure, UV stability, dynamic loading, and mechanical wear requirements. Whether you need a prototype quantity or a high volume recurring supply programme, we manage the full production and quality process on your behalf.
04 — Polymers
Plastic Components
Injection moulded, thermoformed, and machined plastic components across a wide range of engineering polymers. We source plastic parts for OEM manufacturers, maintenance applications, and product development programmes.
Materials include ABS, nylon, polypropylene, HDPE, UHMWPE, acetal (POM), and PTFE. Tooling supply and management is included for new component programmes.
05 — Metal Forming
Forgings
Hot and warm die forgings produced on press lines ranging from 1.5 to 10 tonnes, capable of delivering forged parts from 1kg to 150kg. Superior mechanical strength, fatigue resistance, and structural integrity compared to castings or fabrications.
Typical applications include flanges, shafts, levers, couplings, hooks, and structural fittings for heavy engineering, agricultural machinery, and construction equipment.
06 — Foundry
Castings
Sand castings and shell mould castings in grey cast iron (CI) and spheroidal graphite iron (SG iron). Ideal for complex geometries, large hollow sections, and high volume structural parts where forging or fabrication would be cost prohibitive.
All castings are dimensionally checked and can be supplied in the as cast, shot blasted, machined, or painted condition. Pattern and tooling costs are managed transparently.
07 — Power Transmission
Gear Manufacture
Precision gears manufactured to your drawings, including spur, helical, bevel, worm, and custom profile gears. Supplied as individual components or fully assembled gear sets ready for integration.
Materials include case hardening steels, through hardening steels, stainless steel, brass, and engineering plastics. Heat treatment and gear grinding available for high accuracy applications.
08 — High Performance Polymers
Polyurethane Products
Cast and moulded polyurethane components offering exceptional abrasion resistance, load bearing capability, and chemical resistance. Our range includes rollers, wheels, drive belts, liners, wear pads, and bespoke moulded profiles.
Shore hardness can be specified across a very wide range, from soft cushioning grades through to hard industrial wear grades. Open cast, spin cast, and compression mould processes available.
